Kihei Maui Vacation Rental Policies and Rates


POLICIES
  Rental Policy:
  • All rates subject to 11.416% State Tax.
  • 50% Advance Payment Required with Reservation.
  • Full prepayment is due 40 days prior to arrival.
  • Minimum 5 night stay required.
    (NOTE: Less than 5 nights is offered at a premium price and a cleaning fee)
  • A 1/2 day charge is required to guarantee a late check-out.
  • All rates and taxes are subject to change.
  • Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Check out time is 10:00 a.m.
  • No Smoking.
  • No Pets Allowed.
  Deposit Policy:
  • A $200 damage deposit is required upon arrival (credit card accepted). Damage deposit is refunded within 7 days of departure if no damage has been noted.
  Refund Policy:
  • A full refund less a $50 administrative fee will be given if cancellation occurs 30-days prior to arrival. A refund less a $250 cancellation fee will be given if cancellation occurs 2 weeks prior to arrival. NO REFUNDS IF CANCELLED WITHIN 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.

  High Season (Whale Season - January 1 - February 28, Summer - June 1 - August 30)
(Thanksgiving - 11/20 to 11/30 and Christmas 12/15 to 1/05)
  •   1-6 Nights $168/night     7-27 Nights $153.00/night
  •   28+ Nights $137.00/night  
   Low Season (March 1 - May 30, September 1 - December 15, excluding Holidays)
  •    1-6 nights $153.00/night     7/27/2007 Nights $ 137.00
  •    28+ Nights $122.00/night
